In group classes, you learn to sense and allow the breath in its sensitive, responsive nature. Over time, you begin to recognize the directions and principles the breath follows — and how they inform your own changing rhythm.

We work with simple movements that support breath space and restore its natural mobility. You practice allowing breath to lead movement, rather than directing it. From this, a direct experience of vitality and inner direction emerges.

Classes honor individuality and privacy while also fostering connection. The work is personal, and it unfolds within a shared field.
