  • You lie fully clothed on a low, padded table.

    We begin by orienting to your breath as it comes and goes on its own.

    As you consciously sense the movement of breath, I support the process with attentive presence and gentle, responsive touch. This may include light compression, lifting an arm or leg, or subtle stretching — always guided by how your breath is moving.

    The breath is not directed or manipulated. We are listening for how it responds.

    At times, I may ask what you are noticing. You are welcome to speak or remain silent. Insight may arise, but the work is experiential — integration happens through the body.

    Each session unfolds at your pace.

    The work is collaborative and respectful.

    Your body sets the pace, and I trust its inherent ability to restore and reorganize itself.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes and begin and end on time.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are charged in full.

    Payment is due at the time of the session.

  • You don’t need to prepare in any particular way.

    You may wish to reflect on why you are coming, and what feels ready to be met.

    Consider your relationship with your body.

    Notice how you experience space — how you take it in, how you inhabit it, how you respond to silence.

    Arrive as you are.

  • This work unfolds over time. It is not a quick fix.

    Consistency allows depth to build. Many people begin with weekly sessions so the process can take root.

    There is no fixed formula. The rhythm is discovered through the work itself.
