we attune to the breath as I guide you toward sensing your breath as it moves on its own—free from control or effort. you allow it to come and go while sensing its movement with your presence. I use my presence and touch to “talk to the breath”. I use gentle touch, sometimes light compression, sometimes with a massage technique. I invite the breath to claim the space it needs in your body. We are listening to your breath just as you would in a group class. In these 1 + 1 sessions, we enter a quiet and personal dialogue with the breath and follow the intelligence of its movement revealing what is needed for you to come into balance and to restore your vitality and personal power.
