online sessions offer a personal way to explore breath embodiment from wherever you are.

we work with breath, sensation, and movement in a way that supports greater ease, presence, vitality, and connection to yourself. each session is guided by your own needs and rhythms.

even online, the work remains intimate, responsive, and direct. you are guided to listen to the intelligence of your breath and body, allowing change to unfold without forcing or fixing.

you will need a quiet, private space where you can move with ease. a space of about 8' x 8' is ideal, with enough room to take two or three steps forward and to the sides, and to stretch your arms overhead and out to the sides.

the quieter and more distraction-free the space, the more fully you’ll be able to listen to your breath, your body, and your own experience.
