This class will focus on the basic principles of Middendorf Breathwork for support in physical and emotional wellbeing, balance and connection.  We use simple movements and techniques to invite breath space and flow, helping the body to develop stability, flexibility and unity of expression. 

Individual Sessions

I offer sessions in Santa Monica and Newport Beach  

 Sessions are 70 to 80 minutes.
